Foundation of Üsküdar University

The university was founded in 2011 with the aim of establishing a leading educational and research institution in brain sciences, behavior, and health sciences, linking scientific research with practical application to serve the community.

Üsküdar University was established in Istanbul in 2011 by the NP Group, a leader in neuroscience and psychiatric research, following the group's success in several research programs and the establishment of the first specialized laboratory in neurology and psychiatry.
